要求与职责
博士后研究员
- 已取得或即将取得化学、材料、生物、化工或相关专业的博士学位。
- 具有以下任一或多个研究经验者优先：催化反应、材料合成与表征、微生物培养与工程、机器学习/数据科学。
- 具备扎实的专业知识与实验技能，科研思维严谨，拥有较强的独立研究能力与良好的实验室管理潜质。
- 具有良好的英文读写能力，并以第一作者在相关领域发表过高水平学术论文。
- 热爱科研，工作勤奋，富有责任心，具备优秀的团队协作与沟通能力。
博士研究生
- 化学、材料、生物等相关专业的优秀本科或硕士毕业生。
- 有催化、材料、微生物或计算化学/机器学习研究经验者优先。
- 理论基础扎实，动手能力强，对科学研究充满热情，具备良好的科研潜力和英文水平。
科研助理
- 具有化学、材料、生物等相关专业的学士或硕士学位。
- 有相关实验室研究经验者优先考虑。
- 工作认真细致，学习能力强，具有良好的团队合作精神。

The research group of Prof. Xun Guan at the Department of Macromolecular Science, Fudan University, is seeking highly motivated Postdoctoral Scholars, PhD Students, and Research Assistants. With ample funding, state-of-the-art facilities, and a supportive environment for career development, we invite talented young researchers to join us in conducting high-impact, innovative research at the cutting-edge interface of materials and microbiology for green chemical transformations.
Research Focus
Our research centers on the “Material-Microbe Interface” for sustainable chemistry. Key areas include (but are not limited to):
- Design, Development, and Application of Material-Microbe Hybrid Systems
- Electro-/Photocatalytic Reactions
- AI for Science
Positions & Requirements
Postdoctoral Scholars
- Qualifications: A Ph.D. (or soon to be obtained) in Chemistry, Materials Science, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Background: Prior research experience in one or more of catalysis, materials development, microbiology, machine learning/data science is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong experimental and theoretical foundation, rigorous scientific thinking, demonstrated ability for independent research, and potential for lab management.
- Record: Excellent written and spoken English skills, with a strong publication record including first-author paper(s) in relevant fields.
- Personal Attributes: High enthusiasm for research, diligence, responsibility, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.
PhD Students
- Qualifications: Outstanding graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Biology, or related fields.
- Background: Research experience in catalysis, materials, microbiology, or computational chemistry/machine learning is a plus.
- Skills: Solid academic foundation, strong practical skills, passion for research, and high scientific potential. Proficiency in English is required.
Research Assistants
- Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Biology, or a related discipline.
- Background: Previous laboratory research experience is preferred.
- Skills: Meticulous, fast learner, and a strong team player.
